About Mossy Oak Properties Outdoor Realty: As Mossy Oak Properties began to branch out across the country there was a huge void of non-traditional real estate companies that serviced the Carolina's. As the real estate market began to slow in early 2008, Nick Marinelli and Dustin McClure began searching for a non-traditional real estate company to bring to the Carolina's. After a few long months of research they concluded that Mossy Oak Properties would be the best fit for them and the Carolina's. Both born and raised natives of North Carolina, they have seen both states grow from small rural towns to large metropolitan areas. However they still see a large amount of rural lands being sold and purchased on a daily basis throughout both states. Although the real estate market is slow, we still feel that we are in one of the better markets in the country, and with the recent boom in rural, recreational, and investment properties, the Carolina's is the place to be. Our office is located in Mooresville, NC which allows us easy access to both North and South Carolina.
