As Mossy Oak Properties began to branch out across the country there was a huge void of non-traditional real estate companies that serviced the Carolina’s. As the real estate market began to slow in early 2008, Nick Marinelli and Dustin McClure began searching for a non-traditional real estate company to bring to the Carolina’s. After a few long months of research they concluded that Mossy Oak Properties would be the best fit for them and the Carolina’s. Both born and raised natives of North Carolina, they have seen both states grow from small rural towns to large metropolitan areas. Our office is located on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC which allows us easy access to both North and South Carolina.
